We recommend booking at least 2-3 months in advance for weddings and 1-2 months for other events. Popular dates (especially weekends in spring and fall) often book 4-6 months out.
Our standard setup includes the 360° platform, professional lighting, a backdrop (unless you choose a custom one), prop table, and attendant station. We require a 10x10 ft space with access to power.
Absolutely! All packages include access to a digital gallery with both edited and raw media files available for download within 48 hours of your event.
We offer full refunds for cancellations made more than 30 days before your event. Between 15-30 days, we refund 50%. Within 14 days, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future date.
Yes! We regularly service events throughout the region. Travel fees may apply for locations more than 50 miles from our base. Contact us for a custom quote for destination events.
We offer instant sharing via text/email directly from the booth. All media is also uploaded to a private online gallery within 24 hours where guests can download high-resolution files.
